Certified Mediators
Michael Strauss and Deanna Hoyt are certified as mediators and are also family law court approved mediators. Mediation allows clients the opportunity to resolve their disputes in a less adversarial process where solutions are negotiated and agreed upon, rather than imposed or ordered by a judge. If mediation is unavailable or unsuccessful, our firm represents clients in family law litigation.
Guardian Ad Litem
Our attorneys are frequently appointed by judges to represent children in contested and difficult child custody cases. As child’s representatives we protect the rights of children in family law cases.
